Information on the Processing of Personal Data (GDPR)

   1. The controller of personal data is the Organizer.

2. Scope of Processing

   • first and last name

   • contact details (email, phone number, address, bank account number)

   • gaming nickname / NAF nickname, NAF registration number

   • photographs and audiovisual recordings

   • other data necessary for organizing the tournament (e.g. team, league)

3. Purpose of Processing

   • registration and participation in the tournament

   • keeping results and statistics

   • organization and evaluation of the tournament

   • documentation and promotion of the tournament (photos/videos)

4. Legal Basis

   • performance of a contractual relationship (participation in the tournament)

   • legitimate interest of the Organizer (event documentation)

   • consent of the participant (for photographs and videos published publicly)

5. Data Retention Period

   • Personal data are stored for the period necessary to organize the tournament and keep records of results, but no longer than 3 years, unless legal regulations require a longer retention period.

6. Rights of the Data Subject

   • The participant has the right to:

     • access their personal data

     • rectification or erasure

     • restriction of processing

     • object to processing

     • lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority - ÚOOÚ (úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů)
