Tournament Operating Rules

  1. General Agreements

    1. These Tournament Operating Rules set out the rules of conduct, safety regulations, operating conditions, and organization of the tournament.

    2. Participants are obliged to comply with these Tournament Operating Rules throughout the entire duration of the tournament.

    3. Participants who have not reached the age of 18 as of the date of the tournament are permitted to participate only when accompanied by a legal guardian or a person authorized by the legal guardian, who is directly responsible for ensuring the minor Participant’s compliance with these Tournament Operating Rules and for the minor’s safety.

  2. Event Venue

    1. Participants may enter only the areas designated by the Organizer.

    2. It is prohibited to handle or manipulate equipment, electrical installations, technical devices, or furniture without the prior consent of the Organizer.

    3. Participants must maintain cleanliness and order.

  3. Safety

    1. Participants must comply with fire safety and security instructions.

    2. Emergency exits and corridors must remain unobstructed at all times.

    3. It is prohibited to bring weapons, explosives, chemicals, or other dangerous items into the premises.

    4. The Organizer may conduct inspections of bags and personal belongings if there is suspicion of a breach of these rules.

  4. Recordings

    1. The Organizer is entitled to make visual and audio recordings.

    2. Participants may make their own recordings provided that such recordings do not disrupt the course of the tournament.

    3. A Participant is entitled to make their own visual and audio recordings only with the consent of the Organizer; furthermore, if such a recording captures the image or audio expression of another participant or participants, the Participant may make such recordings solely with the express consent of the person(s) being recorded.

  5. Sanctions

    1. Violation of these rules may result in a warning, removal of results, match forfeiture, or disqualification without a refund of the entry fee.

    2. The Organizer may remove from the event any participant who seriously disrupts the course of the event.

Clarification

In the event of any discrepancies in interpretation between different language versions of this document, the Czech language version shall prevail.
